Graeme Wills, the visionary force behind Ki Community, has made a revolutionary global impact on the brand, advertising, and communications landscape over the past three decades. His innovative approach to the communications industry was shaped by his time spent as a member of the global leadership team with the legendary creative US Agency Chiat Day based in Los Angeles, which is globally renown for many iconic campaigns including Apple ‘1984’ and Nike.

In 1997 he joined forces with Publicis to acquire Mojo, a move that propelled him to the position of Chairman, CEO and largest local shareholder of the Publics Mojo Group. Under his leadership, the agency flourished with a unique Mojo way of working that removed all traditional silos, geographic and cultural barriers. His innovative approach to leadership, strategic development and creative direction lead to many iconic global award-winning campaigns. The longevity and diversity of key senior staff and his relationship with key clients was testament to his leadership qualities. Working on iconic Australian and global companies such as Qantas, Coca Cola, Lion Nathan, Toyota, NAB, Telstra, Nestlé, Tourism Victoria, and Goodman Fielder.

Wills' innovative spirit led him to establishing numerous new companies in Australia and New Zealand, including Optimedia—one of Australia’s largest media companies—and ventures in the digital, data, and PR sectors. His strategic joint ventures with Qantas and Telstra in the realms of call centers and mobile phone usage, respectively, underscore his ability to identify and capitalise on synergistic business opportunities.

His executive role extended to a global scale joining the core leadership group of Publicis Worldwide based in Paris. One of the largest communication companies in the world, where he was instrumental in shaping its strategic and creative direction. Wills' international business acumen is evidenced by his success in winning significant business of major brands like Cadbury, Coca-Cola, Schweppes, and Nike.

Beyond his business achievements, Wills has shared his expertise as an adviser to renowned companies such as Virgin, Samsung, ZIP and Glassons showcasing his versatility and breadth of knowledge in the industry.
After a well-deserved sabbatical in Rome, Wills embarked on a new chapter, continuing to inspire innovation and drive global brand and company success. His legacy is not just in the companies he has built or the campaigns he has developed, but also in his ability to foster growth and navigate the complexities of an ever-changing world.

Michael Dole
Founder

Michael Dole, whose international career has seen him create and lead compelling creative, strategy, content & entertainment for some of the world’s most influential brands.

His journey in the realm of global advertising took off at Wieden + Kennedy Amsterdam where he played a pivotal role in developing global campaigns for an array of clients such as Nike, Coca-Cola, Vodafone, EA Sports, Amazon, and Heineken. His creative acumen helped these brands forge deep connections with their international audiences.

In Singapore, with Batey Red Cell, Dole continued to harness his creative prowess for global giants including Singapore Airlines and Mercedes. His work with JWT Singapore for global Unilever further cemented his global perspective and adaptivity across culture, geography and language.

Dole’s expertise extended into the technology sector at Publicis Sapient in Hong Kong, where he played a pivotal role in shaping global creative strategies for Nike and Huawei, navigating the complexities of global markets, through the enhancing the brand's creative and digital footprint.

His creative vision as a Consulting Executive Creative Director for Virgin Australia saw him infusing global perspectives into the airline’s purpose, brand and creative directions. His leadership and creative vision were also evident during his time at Arc Worldwide, with operations in Boston, Singapore, Sydney, and Melbourne. Here, Dole worked on global campaigns for brands like Tiger Beer and Heineken, further showcasing his versatility and global reach.

Dole's multifaceted career also spans the film industry with Collider Film, where he assumed the role of Executive Experience & Artistic Director across New York, Sydney, and Melbourne. In addition, he founded independent production company, Daughter Collective, where he showcased his storytelling talents as a writer, film director, and music video director, creating an impressive portfolio of commercials, music videos, feature films, and documentary series.

His creative work has not gone unnoticed, earning him a plethora of awards from the esteemed Cannes Lions to the ARIA Music Awards, signifying his impact on the global creative stage.

Mark Hassell
Founder

Mark Hassell, acclaimed global expert in designing, implementing, and embedding customer strategies and product and service experiences, is the experiential force behind Ki Community. His comprehensive expertise and inspiring and innovative leadership are marked by several prominent roles where he significantly impacted customer service culture and performance, brand experience, product innovations, brand strategies and cost performance.

Hassell's previous engagement with KPMG in Sydney as a Partner in the Customer, Brand & Marketing Advisory Practice provided him with a platform to lead Customer and Operations initiatives for Government Public Service Clients Nationally and Internationally. He also projected his significant expertise in the Transport sector as the National Consulting Lead for Public Transport, focusing on helping clients elevate overall business performance within this essential service sector.

In his role as Chief Customer Officer at Virgin Australia, Hassell was responsible for leading, designing, implementing and delivering the end-to-end Customer Experience, as well as steering the Brand and Marketing direction. His leadership extended to approximately 6,000 colleagues, leading front-line, On Ground and Inflight Service Delivery teams and Catering Operations.

His global experience was honed at British Airways in London, where he was Global Head of Customer Experience and Catering Operations after leading the Inflight Services Division of 16,000 flight attendants through significant organisational and service delivery change, allowing Hassell to demonstrate an exceptional ability to lead large-scale Customer Service functions across international borders.

At Qantas, Hassell applied his General Management skills to lead the Brand, Product, and Service Development Group. He went on to notably lead the 9,000 strong Flight Attendant division through a pivotal transformation program, providing leadership in executing significant Organisational and Cultural change.

Mark Hassell's career is a testament to his strategic vision and ability to implement and embed customer-centric, cultural solutions that resonate on a global scale. Hamish A. Turner O.A.M
Enterprise Director

Hamish A. Turner OAM is the Enterprise Director at Ki Community and one of Australia’s leading retail and fashion specialists. He served as Managing Director and CEO of R.M. Williams for 15 years, spearheading the company’s global expansion and modernising its manufacturing, with exports extending to more than 15 countries. He later served as a Director and Special Advisor to L Capital Asia, the pan-Asian private equity platform associated with the family holding company of Bernard Arnault and LVMH, which operated a portfolio of 20 consumer brands in the region.

Hamish’s board and operating experience spans many of Australia’s most recognisable apparel businesses. He was a Director of M.J. Bale, credited with lifting the company’s profitability and profile, a Non-Executive Director at Ringers Western Limited, and Managing Director of BrandUp Limited (now Ringers Western), where he guided the company through pre-IPO investments. He is also Chairman of Monte & Lou Pty Ltd, a luxury swimwear and resort wear brand.

Beyond fashion, Hamish has contributed to national infrastructure and tourism. As Director and Deputy Chairman of the Tourism and Transport Forum, he helped progress major projects, including the relocation of the Sydney Showground for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. In 2017 he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for services to business and tourism. His community commitments include roles as Patron of the Royal Flying Doctor Service and Ambassador for the Australian Year of the Outback.

Alison Veness
Creative Director

Alison Veness is a Creative Director at Ki Community, guiding brand voice, cultural strategy and partnerships across our portfolio. She connects businesses and brands with editors, artists and industry leaders, helping them translate purpose into sharp storytelling and meaningful relationships.

Alison is the Editor-in-Chief and Publisher of 10 Magazine and 10 Men, leading print issues, digital platforms and special projects. Her editor’s letters and commissioning bring a distinctly Australian lens to global fashion while staying true to the independent spirit of the 10 world.

She introduced the UK’s 10 Magazine and 10 Men to Australia in 2012 through a publishing partnership with 10 UK, launching biannual editions and a digital platform. Before 10, Alison served as Editor-in-Chief of Harper’s Bazaar Australia, became the founding Editor-in-Chief of Grazia Australia, and was later appointed Editorial Director of Harper’s Bazaar at ACP Magazines.

Earlier in her career she was Fashion News Editor at Vogue Australia and Fashion Editor and Editor of London Life at the London Evening Standard and The Independent. Her writing and interviews appear across the global editions of 10 including the UK, USA, Germany and Japan. She has held the roles of Creative Director, Visual Director and is currently Editor-at-Large at Vogue Australia. She continues to profile designers, artists and cultural figures, with a focus on new talent, storytelling and meaningful industry connection.

Alison has been a member of the International Woolmark Prize Advisory Council, recognised for mentoring emerging designers and championing Australian fashion on the world stage. She has also been part of an advisory board of the British Fashion Council. She studied at the London College of Fashion.

Her independent company publishes custom titles, including Hamilton Island’s REEF Magazine, and has previously worked with AMP producing The Face of Fashion. She has led philanthropic initiatives such as Harper’s Bazaar’s pop-up store raising funds for Randwick Children’s Hospital.

Mia Feasey
Business Director

Mia Feasey is Business Director at Ki Community, bringing two decades of design leadership
and as a founder and builder of a global commercial design firm to turn purpose into performance. She blends creative vision with clear commercial discipline, shaping growth strategies, partnerships and programs that move brands from idea to adoption.

Mia founded Siren Design Group in 2005 and scaled it from a disruptive Sydney start-up to one of Australasia’s most influential interior design consultancies, with studios in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Singapore, New York and London. Guided by a values-led approach, Siren’s purpose is to enable people to thrive, pairing creativity with measurable impact
across workplace, hospitality and retail environments.

Her leadership has been recognised across the region, including being awarded the Good Design woman in Design accolade in 2020 and named INDE. Awards Luminary in 2018. Media and industry platforms regularly cite her commitment to mentoring talent and championing
women in design and business, reflecting a career invested in growing both organisations and people.

In 2023, Mia transitioned from Global CEO into a non-executive director role on Siren’s board,
creating space to focus on scaling impact, mission work and strategic partnerships.

Jess Gill
Business Director

Jess Gill drives strategic transformation with a customer-first mindset. Her approach is grounded in listening - deeply and often - to uncover what matters most to customers, then shaping strategy around it. For Jess, customer-first isn’t a slogan; it’s the only way.

With over 30 years in executive leadership, Jess has led major growth and transformation programs across retail, food, tourism, banking and telecommunications. She’s held CEO, COO and Chief Customer Officer roles, and founded Gura Partners to help businesses sharpen their growth strategy and build internal capability. Her work consistently delivers measurable outcomes, blending strategic clarity with systems teams can use every day.

Jess sees the big picture and the moving parts. She maps priority segments, sharpens value propositions, and architects go-to-market plans with precision. Charlotte Wills
Connection Director

Charlotte Wills is Connection Director at Ki Community, building the pathways that turn sharp positioning into real momentum. She connects ideas and audiences, then orchestrates the partners, channels and programs that make growth repeatable.

Bridging strategy, creative and execution, Charlotte brings both a brand builder's mindset and commercial rigour.
Her expertise spans brand architecture, go to market planning, partnership design, and maximising the customer touchpoints that strengthen retention and advocacy. 

At Ki Community, Charlotte helps portfolio teams accelerate traction by clarifying propositions, identifying customer segments and designing pilot-to-scale programs across APAC. She also curates creator and partnerships that move brands into culture, and builds the operating rhythms and measurement cadence that keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable. 

Her previous roles include Client Partner at Initiative Media - A global IPG Mediabrands company, Global Marketing Director at ilabb, Account Director at Energi in Auckland, with earlier experience in Los Angeles at Cut+Run focused on marketing and client growth. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Strategic Marketing and International Business from the University of Auckland.

Janis Tebecis
Project Director

Janis Tebecis is a Project Director at Ki Community, where he leads complex, multi-stakeholder programs
from strategy through to delivery. He brings a clear, outcomes-focused approach to aligning partners and
programs, turning good ideas into initiatives that work in market.

Janis is an accomplished leader with deep experience in customer strategy, public sector policy and business development. As a Director at KPMG, he has guided projects that have improved performance and efficiency,
delivering measurable results for a diverse range of public, private and non-government organisations.

He was also a climate finance specialist with the Asian Development Bank, developing sustainable finance strategies
and policies across Asian markets. This work reflects his commitment to practical solutions that address climate risk while enabling growth and resilience.

Earlier in his career, Janis held significant policy and project roles within the Australian Government, contributing to the development and implementation of key public policies. His experience spans domestic and international contexts, with a particular focus on Australia and Asia, giving him a strong grasp of how strategy, regulation and execution interact across regions.

Janis holds a Master of Public Policy, a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from the Australian National University. This mix of policy training, commercial grounding and analytical rigour underpins the way he works at Ki Community, combining clear thinking with disciplined delivery to move projects from intent to impact.
